I really enjoyed my first term with Woking Creative Art. I found the course inclusive and encouraging no matter the level of experience or skill, and the teaches, teaching and resources were excellent.

This is such a rewarding and worthwhile class with excellent tuition. Something to look forward to each week and you are encouraged to step outside your comfort zone and learn techniques that are completely new. Plenty of creative inspiration and such good project notes and video that you can easily continue and fine-tune your art at home. Thank you Carrie, Nic and Tara!

The class is very professionally run with both group and individual tutoring. Materials are provided and each week we learn something new and I am thoroughly enjoying building my skills and experience. The atmosphere is warm and very friendly, I LOVE Monday afternoons!

Attending Creative Art Classes proved way above expectations. Each session came with a new approach to art. The tutor and class assistant were always on hand to help and encourage and it was a thoroughly enjoyable ten weeks.

I've really enjoyed the Creative Art Classes and I've learnt so much. Carrie and her team are very helpful and knowledgeable and it's been great to get to meet new people. Each week learning new techniques - it's been brilliant and I've signed up to the next course! Would recommend 😀

An excellent series of classes. I have been painting for several years and yet learnt a new technique in every lesson. The teaching is first rate; even beginners were producing great pictures at first attempt. I thoroughly recommend this group.

I haven’t done art since school so I thought I would give it a try. Creative Art Classes have made really easy to enjoy art. The weekly sessions are well structured, most of the supplies are provided and you get step by step instructions. The teacher and assistant are excellent and lend a hand when needed without being intrusive. I particularly like the flexible approach as art is a personal thing.

This art class means so much to me. It’s more than just learning to paint—it’s a place where I feel relaxed, encouraged, and truly myself. From the very beginning, Carolyn, Lynn and Carrie made me feel so welcome. Their patience, kindness, and passion for teaching really shine through, and they bring out the best in all of us. I’ve gained so much confidence in my art, and I always leave each class feeling happy, inspired, and proud. It’s something I genuinely look forward to every week. I have been attending classes in Horsham for more than 4 years now, (starting as a complete beginner) and always look forward to them. It is a relaxing environment and the tutors are always friendly, patient and helpful. My art skills have definitely improved - so much so that I felt confident enough to make my own watercolour Easter cards this year. In addition I have made a number of new friends and also look forward to catching up with them all each week. I would thoroughly recommend these classes to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing three hours a week in a non- pressured and social environment, whilst learning how to draw and paint.

I attended the last 10 week art course as an absolute beginner. Carrie and her team made me feel really welcome, the demonstrations have been really good and I have learnt alot. Carrie and Tara are very patient and always on hand to give me extra support when I have need it. The group are so friendly and welcoming, I have really enjoyed my Wednesday mornings and I am looking forward to seeing what I can produce next term.

I was recommended coming along to try the art course by a friend. I was a little apprehensive as have never picked up a paint brush or pencil. I’m so glad I went along, I’ve met new people and found a new love and hobby. Kerry and Fiona bring many qualities to the class, both are patient, friendly and are passionate about what they do. All materials are provided at the beginning of each lesson along with informative sheets to follow. The best 3 hours of my week, I love it.

Well what a find. I really enjoy the challenge of a new medium each week, all materials paints paper and tools provided at each session. I have managed some stunning and also some not so stunning art works. That is the nature of ART.

I joined the class in Newbury this spring with trepidation as I felt the standard of my work would be very inferior to that of the existing members. It is, but in the friendly atmosphere and with excellent teaching I know that I have improved and have felt a little bit proud of some of the work that I have completed. Creative Art Classes have a really positive and very friendly atmosphere. Always welcoming and inclusive. The teachers are really wonderful and helpful. If you come to these classes your creative flair will truly blossom, and you will make lots of new friends.

This is such a well organised and well thought out class. Our tutor is second to none and all the administrators really helpful. This class is so good our group is fully booked just about every term because we all want to come back. Highly recommend to all.

The best thing I could have done, looked at lots of online courses but am so pleased decided to join this group, there is always someone on hand for help and advice.

I have been attending these classes for just over a year. A warm friendly atmosphere great for beginners and the more accomplished. Classes are well thought out using various mediums supported with live videos and paper hand outs. Always interesting .Kerry and Fi at Farnham are great. A very happy place to learn and be amazed at what can be achieved Definitely value for money.

We have a fabulous time in class with great instruction, interesting projects (that push me out of my comfort zone but surprise me know much I enjoy them), all matials provided are the best quality. I am so glad to have joined this exciting and well presented art class. I so enjoy Creative Art Classes! I have been attending for years. There is always a new challenge as we are constantly exposed to new techniques and different media. What is more the class cultures a welcoming non judgmental environment where we all share in our learning.

A brilliant Art Class! I have experienced an exciting variety of weekly Art projects , using a wide range of creative mediums. Our tutors are extremely proficient and encouraging for all our levels of ability. The atmosphere of Class is stimulating, friendly and addictive! I can't wait for our Summer Classes to begin again in May 2026!

A great course, with friendly people and encouraging tutors. All the materials are provided which is such a benefit, no more buying paints etc you only use occasionally. The classes are very varied and you get to try things you would have never thought of. I have learnt so much in the last three terms. UPDATE - As I have just signed up for my twelfth course, they must be doing something right. I am still learning and expanding my abilities.

Wednesday mornings are my favourite time of the week. There is such a lovely atmosphere and everyone encourages each other. The staff are brilliant and patient as well as very experienced. We have a demo to begin the morning and then we get stuck in. There’s a great variety of projects across the 10 week term, from pencil and charcoal to watercolor and acrylics and so many different techniques. I’ve learnt so much- I love Wednesdays!

A very well organised and run art experience for students of all ages and standards.All materials are provided and of exceptional standard making learning a pleasure. Demonstrations and work sheets are easy to follow and the posted videos are always there for you to follow if you want to review the session at home and review for future use, they are always yours. I've had a great time over the last 10 weeks and increased my confidence using new media and enjoyed the whole process in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, looking forward to next challenges in May.

I love my mornings at the Newbury group. Our tutor Carolyn is amazing and being able to paint for that time every week is so good for the soul (as long as the work is going well!). I’ve met some lovely people and there’s great craic too 😀

This is just the best Art Class- it’s really well organised and everything is laid out ready for you. You do not need to bring materials or equipment. The things provided are top quality. The demonstration structure allows for you to be creative but gives you great help also. There is a short demonstration which is also videoed and will be emailed to you later . This is very helpful if you do have to miss a class, and gives you tuition at home. I have been amazed at the wonderful art I am creating. The ambience of everyone there and the wonderful teaching is really pleasant, it’s super friendly but also businesslike. I am definitely joining up again next term. This is a real happy place for me. You can park easily, and there’s a coffee mid-morning. It’s all a 5* experience. The tutors are really experienced at working with a mixed ability group. Sometimes the tasks are differentiated, and sometimes beginners and improvers work together. It’s a really encouraging environment, with the right amount of help and the right amount of being left to get on.

Very good class with nearly all materials provided. The course is well structured & the tutors are very encouraging. The lessons are very enjoyable.

The classes have been a total revelation! Having not drawn at all since school, I had no expectations of producing anything even half way decent. The ladies are terrific and so encouraging, the tuition is excellent and with the handouts and video each week, there is no excuse not to get stuck in. If, like me, you are slow in class, you can always complete your piece at home and if you don't have the necessary tools, the 'shop' can supply your every need at a very good price. We have all learned so much and improved tremendously - and each and every picture has its own merit. It's so interesting to see everyone's take on the same subject. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and everyone is keen to return. So give it a go. What's not to love?

Found this class online. I have never done art before but have found a new way of creating. I love every minute a great class with great people. I have learnt so much. The best thing I've ever done in later life. Found a new way of expressing myself. Fantastic!

Have just finished the second series of sessions. As an almost complete beginner I had no idea what to expect. I found that I had a genuine welcome from the friendly team. The tutorials, which are available online afterwards are really helpful. Especially as they allow you to catch up if you have to miss a session. It was great to be introduced to a wide variety of materials, and techniques ( including ‘hacks’ for the less experienced ! I’ve been pleased - and often impressed with what I have been able to produce, with the help and advice from the team. I will be signing up for the next term.
