Enrolment Guide
Please use this guide if you’d like a run-through of the enrolment process before you start or if you need some help.
If you still need help after looking through the guide, please don’t hesitate to contact us by either sending a message or giving us a call on 07936 646597.
You can go back to the Farnham page at any time by clicking the button below.
1. Getting to the Enrolment Page for Farnham
If you came to our website on the Farnham Page, there will be “SECURE YOUR PLACE NOW” buttons at the top and bottom of the page. Clicking one of these buttons will take you directly to the Farnham 10-Week Art Course page.
Another way to get there is by clicking the “Enrol Now” button in the Menu Bar right at the top of the page and then clicking on “10 Week Art Course: Farnham” in Available Courses.
2. The Enrolment Page
The Enrolment Page is where you select the session you’d like to attend and whether you’d like to purchase an optional Art Bag.
There’s some more information about the Art Bag and Deposit on the left-hand side.
Here you will choose the Session, Status and Art Pack options and we’ll cover each option below.
3. Session
Click the Session dropdown and select the session you wish to attend: Morning or Afternoon.
4. Payment Option
Once you select your session a new option will appear asking whether you’d like to secure your place with a deposit or the full amount.
The payment won’t be taken until you check-out.
5. Status
The Status option just gives us an idea of your art experience. Your tutor will get to know you as an individual so don’t worry too much if you’re unsure which one to pick.
As this is the first term in Farnham everyone will be New Students.
6. Art Pack
We provide all of the art supplies needed for the projects on our course except drawing paper and pencils.
The reason we do this is that many people have their own paper and pencils at home and this gives us an opportunity to keep the cost of the course down.
The Art Packs are optional and the contents of each are given in the Description on the left.
7. Add to basket
Once you have selected all of the options the “Add to Basket” button should become enabled.
Check the options you’ve selected are correct and click the button to add your course to the Basket. Clicking on this button will take you directly to the Basket page.
8. The Basket
Once you have added your course to the Basket a little “1” will appear on the Basket icon in the top right corner of the site. You can click on the basket icon at any time to go back to your basket.
The Basket will show you the course and options you’ve selected along with the payment option. Please note that adding the course to the Basket does not secure your place until you have checked out and paid.
9. Discount Coupon
We sometimes run promotions which give you a discount for your first term on the course.
If there is a promotion a coupon code will have been advertised on the page you visited when you came to the site.
You will see the place to enter your coupon on the Basket page. Enter the code carefully and click “Apply Coupon” and your discount should be applied.
10. Proceed to Checkout
The Basket Totals show you what you will be paying today to secure your place on the course.
In this example, a deposit of £50 is being paid today, which is the £80 deposit with a discount from the coupon code applied.
Once you have checked everything and are ready, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
You will then be taken the Checkout page.
11. Checking Out: Billing Details
The Checkout Page is the final step in securing your place on the course. We use Stripe as our Payment Processor which provides an extremely secure service.
You will need to enter your billing details as this is required by your credit card company for verification.
12. Checking Out: Account
In order to enrol on our course you will need to create an account.
If you haven’t yet created an account you can enter your e-mail and password in the text boxes under the billing details.
If you have already created an account and are logged in your e-mail address will be displayed here.
If you have an account but aren’t logged in you can click the link at the top of the Checkout Page to log in.
13. Checking Out: Place Order
The final stage is to enter your credit card details. You can use a credit card or a debit card.
Please rest assured that we do not store your credit card details; the payment goes straight to Stripe and through them to your credit card company. Your credit card details are not visible to anyone.
Once you have entered your credit card details and agreed to the terms and conditions you can click the Place Order button.
Your credit card company may request some additional authorisation from you to complete the payment. The nature of this will vary between credit card companies but you will need to do this to complete the order.
Once the payment has gone through you will see the order confirmation page.
Getting help if you need it
We hope this guide has been helpful. We made it quite comprehensive because we wanted there to be help for all parts of the process.
No guide is perfect however and sometimes with tech, things just don’t work as they should.
If there is anything you need help with please reach out to us. Whether it’s talking you through the process, giving some tech support or securing your place using an alternative method, we are more than happy to help.
Send us a message or give us a call.
